Pastavy district is a region with enormous tourism potential. A rich historical and architectural heritage and its nature (territory of the district is located within the limits of Belarusian Lakeland), make this land attractive both for experienced tourists and for amateurs of trips.

Architectural composition of the Pastavy city it is located in the place of the historical center of the city and includes buildings of the 2nd half of the 18th century – an artisans’ house, a doctor’s house (today’s pharmacy), a former school building and a hotel (now there is a regional museum).

St. Nicholas church. An orthodox temple is located in the place of the old church that burned out in 1815 and is built in Pseudo Russian style. It is a real architectural monument of the end of the 19th century (1894).

Water-mill. This water mill is a genuine monument of industrial architecture of the 2nd half of the 19th century. It was built in a late classicism style. Nowadays house of handicrafts “Stary mlyn” is located there.

St. Antony Paduansky Church. This church is located on the right bank of Miadzielka river in the central part of the city, in the place of the former Franciscan monastery. Built in a Neo Gothic style on the border of the 19th and the 20th centuries.

Tyzenhauzov’s Palace. This palace is located in the southern part of outskirts. It was established by its proprietor Anthony Tyzengauz. It is built in a classicism style. It shows by itself an example of palace-park complex architecture style of the 2nd half of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century.

Kamai village. The first mention about this village located ashore Kamaj River is related to the beginning of the 16th century. The church of Ionn Krestytel (1603 -1606) is built on the former market-place in the center of the village. The church is an architectural monument with the elements of defensive architecture, including Gothic and Renaissance architectural elements. There is an unusual cross (15th – 18th century) next to a church carved of a granite-boulder.

Dunylovichy village. Former Danilovichi belongs to the number of the oldest residences of the Lithuanian Great Duchy. For the first time this village is mentioned in 1473 as a domain of Alexander Yurevich Golshansky. Today the central part of the village attracts the attention of visitors by its Saint Trinity church built 1769 – 1773 in the place of the former monastery. A building is an architectural example of transitional period from the baroque to the classicism.

Luchaj village. The small settlement is situated in a picturesque locality ashore three lakes and Luchaj river. The dated history has begun in 1542. On the settlement’s northern outskirts the St. Tadeush church is located founded by Elisabeth Puzinina in 1766. This church was built by Tadeush Oginsky in a late baroque style with elements of classicism.

Lyntupy urban village. The first mention about this village in the archived documents is related to 1385. In the middle of the 19th century the owners Byshevsky created a palace and park complex. The church of St. Andrey Boboli (1908 - 1914) is located in the central square of the village.

Osinogorodok village. The village is located ashore the Dubovets river. For the first time this village in historical sources is mentioned already in 1613. One of the most interesting places is the ancient town of early Iron Age (“Gorodok”), located on the south-west outskirts of the village. St. Pokrovskaya church is located there nowadays built in the beginning of the 20th century.

Varapajeva urban village. This village for the first time in historical sources is mentioned in 1800 as a domain of countess Pshezdetskaya. Pshezdetskye established a magnificent park, which is a monument of garden and park art of the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century.

Karalynovo village. In the past Karalynovo has been a royal domain. In 1874 the artist Alfred Romer became the proprietor of the village and his manor built in early 60ies in the 20th century has been preserved until nowadays.

A special attention should be paid to an agro ecological complex “Solovjinaya roscha (121st km of route of R45). Making only a few steps in its originally designed territory, traveler will get into the fairy-tale world, created by the hands of a man. In the opened enclosures there are ostriches, rabbits, deer and domestic animals. There is always fresh and delicious food in the café. It is possible to taste and purchase ecologically clean products produced there – cheese, creamy butter, ostrich meat and eggs, sausages, goat's milk, bread, beer, kvass etc.
