Time machine

Name of the route	“Time machine”
Description	This route is offered in cooperation with Latvian tourism services providers. First two days in Latvia, third day in Lithuania. The Latvian side of the route offers a lot of visits to 12 – 13 age objects, or even older. In Aukštaitija there are none of this period. So the choice of the route is to offer a visit to Aukštaitija National park Barrow exposition, where the stone age dwelling is reconstructed.

Program
1 day	Latvia.
2 day	Latvia. Arrival to Lithuania in the evening. Lodging – in the farmsteads of Ignalina district, for example in Žanetos Kibickienės farmstead, Linkmenys, Ignalinos district. (offers up to 50 places) or in Palūšė in tourist centre „Palūšė“.
3 day	Visit to Aukštaitija National park Barrow exposition, where the stone age dwelling is reconstructed. Also a model of copper age burial is exhibited.
